IPL 2020 - सामन्यांच्या वेळापत्रकाबाबत महत्त्वाची माहिती.
👉बहुप्रतिक्षित IPL 2020ची अधिकृत घोषणा BCCIने ऑगस्ट महिन्याच्या सुरूवातीलाच केली.
👉युएईमध्ये १९ सप्टेंबरपासून स्पर्धेची सुरुवात होणार आहे.
👉 तर स्पर्धेचा अंतिम सामना १० नोव्हेंबरला खेळवण्यात येणार आहे हेदेखील स्पष्ट करण्यात आले.
👉 ड्रीम ११ला यंदाचे टायटल स्पॉन्सर्स जाहीर करण्यात आले.
👉२० ऑगस्टपासून सर्व संघांना युएईला जाण्याची परवानगी देण्यात आली.
👉 त्यानुसार सर्व संघ आणि खेळाडू युएईमध्ये दाखलही झाले.
👉 पण स्पर्धेचं वेळापत्रक मात्र अद्याप जाहीर करण्यात आलेले नाही.
👉त्यामुळे BCCI किंवा IPL गव्हर्निंग काऊन्सिल अजूनही स्पर्धेबाबत साशंक आहे का अशी चर्चा रंगत असतानाच एक महत्त्वाची माहिती समोर आली आहे.
👉IPL 2020 स्पर्धेतील वेळापत्रकाबाबत टीओआयने दिलेल्या माहितीनुसार, सामन्यांचे वेळापत्रक हे कधीही बदलता येईल अशा स्वरूपाचे असायला हवे असा विचार BCCI करत असल्याचे सूत्रांनी सांगितलं आहे.
👉BCCIने मागच्या वर्षी अर्धे वेळापत्रक हंगामाच्या मध्यात पुनर्नियोजित केलं होतं.
👉पण यंदा मात्र परिस्थिती वेगळी आहे.
👉इंग्लंड आणि ऑस्ट्रेलियन खेळाडूंच्या उपलब्धतेचा विचार करून वेळापत्रक बदल करण्याजोगे (flexible) अशा स्वरूपाचे ठेवण्यात आले आहे, कारण या दोन संघांचे खेळाडू स्पर्धेच्या दुसऱ्या आठवड्यापासून संघांमध्ये दाखल होणार आहेत.
👉 त्यामुळे स्पर्धेच्या पहिल्या तीन-चार दिवसात जे संघ या दोन संघांतील खेळाडूंवर फारसे अवलंबून नाहीत अशा संघांमध्ये सामने खेळवण्यात येण्याची शक्यता आहे, अशी सूत्रांची माहिती आहे.
राष्ट्रीय तृतीयपंथी परिषद’ची स्थापना.
👉भारत सरकारने ‘राष्ट्रीय तृतीयपंथी परिषद’ (National Council for Transgender Persons) याची स्थापना 21 ऑगस्ट 2020 रोजी केली आणि त्यासाठी एक अध्यादेश लागू करण्यात आला आहे.

👉परिषदेची स्थापना ‘तृतीयपंथी (अधिकारांचे रक्षण) अधिनियम-2019’ या कायद्याच्या ‘कलम 16’ अन्वये झाली आहे.
👉केंद्रीय सामाजिक न्याय व सबळीकरण मंत्री परिषदेचे पदसिद्ध अध्यक्ष असणार.
👉केंद्रीय सामाजिक न्याय व सबळीकरण राज्यमंत्री परिषदेचे पदसिद्ध उपाध्यक्ष असणार.
👉परिषदेत इतर सदस्यांमध्ये विविध मंत्रालये/विभागांचे प्रतिनिधी, तृतीयपंथी समुदायाचे पाच प्रतिनिधी, राष्ट्रीय मानवी हक्क आयोग (NHRC) आणि राष्ट्रीय महिला आयोग (NCW) याचे प्रतिनिधी, राज्य सरकार आणि केंद्रशासित प्रदेशांचे प्रतिनिधी आणि स्वयंसेवी संस्थांच्या प्रतिनिधींचा समावेश असणार.
👉पदसिद्ध सदस्यांव्यतिरिक्त राष्ट्रीय परिषदेचे सदस्य नामनिर्देशित झाल्यापासून तीन वर्षांच्या मुदतीसाठी पदावर राहू शकतात.
📝परिषदेची कार्ये...
👉तृतीयपंथीयांसाठी धोरण, कार्यक्रम, कायदे आणि प्रकल्प तयार करण्याबाबत केंद्र सरकारला सल्ला देणे.
👉समानतेसाठी आणि तृतीयपंथीयांच्या पूर्ण सहभागासाठी तयार केलेल्या धोरणांचे आणि कार्यक्रमांच्या प्रभावाचे परीक्षण आणि मूल्यांकन करणे.
👉तृतीयपंथीयांशी संबंधित असलेल्या सर्व सरकारी व गैरसरकारी संस्थांच्या सर्व विभागांच्या कामकाजाचे पुनरावलोकन करणे आणि समन्वय साधणेतृतीयपंथीयांच्या तक्रारींचे निवारण करणे.
👉केंद्र सरकारने तृतीयपंथीयांच्या हितार्थ नेमून दिलेली इतर कार्ये पार पाडणे.

मुंबईच्या उपनगरीय रेल्वेप्रणालीची गुणवत्ता सुधारण्यासाठी अशियाई पायाभूत सविधा गुंतवणूक बँकेसोबत करार.
👉मुंबईची जीवनवाहिनी असलेल्या उपनगरी रेल्वे विभागाच्या रेल्वेप्रणालीची नेटवर्क क्षमता, सेवा गुणवत्ता आणि सुरक्षा अश्या घटकांच्या बाबतीत सुधारणा करण्यासाठी भारत सरकार, महाराष्ट्र सरकार, मुंबई रेल्वे विकास महामंडळ आणि अशियाई पायाभूत सुविधा गुंतवणूक बँक (AIIB) यांच्यामध्ये एक करार झाला आहे.
ठळक बाबी..
👉करारानुसार, AIIB ‘मुंबई शहरी परिवहन प्रकल्प-3’ यासाठी 500 दशलक्ष डॉलर (सुमारे 37.1004 अब्ज रुपये) एवढ्या रकमेचे कर्ज पुरविणार आहे.
👉प्रकल्पासाठी अंदाजे 997 दशलक्ष डॉलर (जवळपास 73.97 अब्ज रुपये) खर्च येण्याचे अपेक्षित आहे.
👉 त्यापैकी 500 दशलक्ष डॉलरचा निधी AIIB, 310 दशलक्ष डॉलरचा (जवळपास 23 अब्ज रुपये) निधी महाराष्ट्र सरकार देणार असून 187 दशलक्ष डॉलरचा (जवळपास 13.88 अब्ज रुपये) निधी रेल्वे मंत्रालयाच्यावतीने खर्च करण्यात येणार आहे.
👉प्रकल्पाच्या पूर्तीनंतर उपनगरी वाहतुकीसाठी लागणाऱ्या प्रवासाच्या वेळेत बचत होणार.
👉प्रकल्प महिलांच्या दृष्टीने सुकर असल्याने प्रकल्पाच्या मुंबईमधल्या लाभार्थ्यांपैकी 22 टक्के महिला असणार, असा अंदाज आहे.

👉भारतामध्ये सर्वात जास्त लोकसंख्येची घनता असलेल्या क्षेत्रांपैकी मुंबई उपनगरी क्षेत्र हे एक आहे.
👉 2011 सालानुसार या क्षेत्राची लोकसंख्या 22.8 दशलक्ष होती, जी 2031 सालापर्यंत 29.3 दशलक्षापर्यंत पोहोचण्याची शक्यता आहे.
👉तसेच 2041 सालापर्यंत हा आकडा 32.1दशलक्षापर्यंत जाण्याची शक्यता आहे.
👉मुंबईच्या प्रवासी नागरिकांपैकी सुमारे 86 टक्के नागरिक सार्वजनिक वाहतूक सेवेचा वापर करतात.
👉 78 टक्के म्हणजेच जवळपास दररोज 8 दशलक्ष प्रवासी मुंबई उपनगरी रेल्वे सेवेचा लाभ घेतात.
👉उपनगरी रेल्वे प्रवाशांमध्ये दरवर्षी तीन टक्क्यांची वाढ नोंदवली जात आहे.

IPL 2020 - Important information about match schedule.

The tournament will start on September 19 in the UAE.
It was also clarified that the final match of the tournament will be played on November 10.

From August 20, all teams are allowed to travel to the UAE.

Establishment of National Tertiary Council.
The Government of India established the National Council for Transgender Persons on 21 August 2020 and an ordinance has been enacted for this purpose.

The Council has been set up under Section 16 of the Third Party (Protection of Rights) Act, 2019.
The Union Minister for Social Justice and Empowerment will be the ex-officio Chairman.
The Minister of State for Central Social Justice and Empowerment will be the ex-officio Vice-Chairman.
Other members of the Council will include representatives from various Ministries / Departments, five representatives from third parties, representatives of National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) and National Commission for Women (NCW), representatives of State Governments and Union Territories and NGOs.
In addition to the ex-officio members, members of the National Council may hold office for a term of three years from the date of nomination.
Functions of the Council ...
To advise the Central Government in formulating policies, programs, laws and projects for third parties.

Agreement with Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank to improve the quality of Mumbai's suburban railway system.
An agreement has been signed between the Government of India, Government of Maharashtra, Mumbai Railway Development Corporation and Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) to improve the network capacity, service quality and safety of Mumbai's lifeline Suburban Railway.

As per the agreement, AIIB will provide a loan of 500 500 million (approximately Rs. 37.1004 billion) for ‘Mumbai Urban Transport Project-3’.
The project is expected to cost approximately 7 997 million (approximately Rs. 73.97 billion).
👉 Of this, AI 500 million will be provided by AIIB, 0 310 million (approximately Rs. 23 billion) by the Government of Maharashtra and 7 187 million (approximately Rs. 13.88 billion) will be spent by the Ministry of Railways.
After the completion of the project, the travel time required for suburban transport will be saved.
As the project is easy for women, it is estimated that 22 per cent of the project's beneficiaries in Mumbai will be women.
